This Privacy Policy governs your visit to filehub.tools and explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Service. Our Terms of Use at filehub.tools/terms also govern your use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
2. What We Do Not Collect
Because all file processing occurs locally in your browser:
- Your files and images are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server we operate.
- File contents, metadata, or attributes are never accessible to us.
- Account credentials — we have no user accounts. We do not collect names, passwords, or registration information.

- Internet or other electronic network activity information — browsing history on the Service, information regarding interaction with the Service and advertisements
- Geolocation data — general location derived from IP address (country and city level)

We do not collect, and have not collected in the preceding twelve (12) months, the following categories of personal information: government-issued identifiers, financial information, medical or health insurance information, biometric information, professional or employment information, education information, or sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA.

- Advertising Cookies — set by Google AdSense and other advertising partners to serve relevant ads.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
The Service uses third-party services for analytics, advertising, and hosting. These third parties collect and process data independently according to their own privacy policies and may use the data they collect for their own purposes, including but not limited to improving their services, ad personalization across the web, and operating their networks. FileHub Tools is not responsible for the data collection, storage, use, or disclosure practices of these third parties. We strongly encourage you to review their privacy policies before using the Service.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how visitors use the Service. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Service (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google. This data may be shared with other Google services. Google may use this data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com or aboutads.info.
4.3 Hostinger
The Service is hosted on Hostinger Cloud infrastructure, provided by Hostinger International Ltd ("Hostinger"). As a hosting provider, Hostinger acts as a data processor on our behalf. As part of normal hosting operations, Hostinger's servers automatically receive and may log your IP address, request times, requested pages, HTTP response codes, browser type, and operating system information. This information is used for security, performance monitoring, abuse prevention, and to maintain the operation of the Service.

10. Security of Data
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
